After enduring a couple of weeks of cold weather in Scotland, we yearned for some warmth. Our decision on where to go was based solely on the cheapest airfare we could find. With just one click, we found ourselves en route to Malaga, Spain. Although a popular tourist destination, we discovered that during the Christmas season, there were no other tourists besides us. Despite the chilly weather as shown in the pictures, we still enjoyed wearing a light jacket. The locals were welcoming, and the food was delicious. Our visit allowed us to witness their pre-Christmas traditions, and we are definitely considering a return trip to Spain.

This is such a great adventure! You two are goinna have the time of your lives! Thanks for sharing your travels. I may never get to these places so I will live vicariously through you! It certainly beats white out conditions with 30 cm if snow on the coquihalla today😳The trip was worth spending Christmas in Victoria with one grandson and another trip to port Alberni to visit our twin grandsons. Happy new year Gary n Nita!
